Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Zai Zai Cabango!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Robert Douchet and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cabango throws a head kick that misses
and Cabango takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
McDormit lands a really nice looking cross but Cabango seems unphased.
Cabango scoring well with a low kick there.
Cabango looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
A good leg kick by Cabango.
McDormit will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

It seemed like McDormit was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Cabango bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Cabango has closed the distance and engaged McDormit in a clinch.

An uppercut to the body lands inside from Cabango.
Cabango goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Cabango is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because McDormit is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
McDormit stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Cabango swivels though and keeps the full guard.
McDormit trying to control the position from guard on top but Cabango is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
McDormit works a leg free and moves into half guard.

Cabango has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. McDormit doesn't defend quickly enough and Cabango has managed to lock this one up! Can McDormit escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Cabango on a fantastic submission victory.
