Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Gouki Shibukawa!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 43 - 33 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Zambosurian Inday!
The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Reed Andrews and Lou da Vinci.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Inday gets a takedown into half guard.
Shibukawa tries to get to full guard but Inday has control of the leg.
Shibukawa wants to control but Inday is keeping busy.

Shibukawa looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Shibukawa is concentrating on defense, preventing Inday from advancing position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Shibukawa is trying to maintain the position but Inday is very close to passing his half guard.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.

Inday throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Shibukawa tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Inday is in Shibukawa's guard.
Shibukawa has his hands on Inday's head, controlling the position.
Shibukawa definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Shibukawa has control of Inday's left arm, preventing Inday from doing any damage.

Shibukawa looking to hit a scissor sweep but Inday is one step ahead there.
Shibukawa pulls Inday in close to his closed guard and prevents Inday from doing any damage or advancing position.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Shibukawa had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Inday defends it easily.

Inday avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Inday wants to control from the top but Shibukawa keeps moving.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Zambosurian Inday will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Shibukawa shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Inday pinned against the cage. Inday gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Inday is trying to counter with his kicks.
Shibukawa changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Inday tries to avoid it but Shibukawa manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Inday to the ground. Inday escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Shibukawa wants to clinch.

Shibukawa shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Inday counters with a body kick that stops Shibukawa in his tracks momentarily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Gouki Shibukawa. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Inday displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Shibukawa.

Shibukawa darts in and clinches Inday up against the cage.

Shibukawa jumps guard and drags Inday to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Zambosurian Inday showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

Shibukawa has hold of one of Inday's legs. Inday is fighting the takedown attempt but Shibukawa gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Shibukawa tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Inday defends well and Shibukawa ends up having to push Inday into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Shibukawa has his feet on Inday's thighs here. He's pushed Inday off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Inday screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
