And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Marko Jankovic!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Albert Achterberg and Aafke Stam.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big right from Diaz misses.
A little jabbing left from Jankovic on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Diaz works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Nice shot lands for Diaz.
A looping hook to the body misses from Jankovic. Diaz does a little dance to reset his feet.
Diaz has his takedown stuffed
and Jankovic counters with a lovely straight right hand!

It looks like Frank Diaz has been cut.
Jankovic slips a straight right by Diaz.
Diaz closes the distance and clinches up with Jankovic, looking for a takedown. Diaz pushes Jankovic against the cage but Jankovic circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Diaz bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Jankovic steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Diaz.

Frank Diaz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jankovic lands with an overhand left.
Diaz shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Jankovic pinned against the cage. Jankovic gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Diaz has been working on his boxing with his coaches at The Rubber Guard Emporium in the buildup to the fight.
Diaz leaves his chin hanging out and Jankovic seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Diaz crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!

Marko Jankovic tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
