Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Will Smith!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Mer Lo!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Dillan Fox and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lo throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Smith stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Smith tests Lo's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Smith takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Lo tries to clinch there but Smith circles away.
Smith throws a quick counter head kick but Lo was just out of range.
Smith takes a jab right on the kisser.
Smith takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Lo scores with a decent looking hook.
A swing and a miss from Lo.
Lo waves his right hand out in front of him, looking to distract Smith. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Smith to the canvas! Can he finish him!?
Smith is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Lo postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Smith covers up, he's hurt! Lo keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Lo and the ref steps in to end the fight! Lo can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mer Lo!
During a confident post fight interview, Mer Lo thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
