The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

De Lima shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. De Lima showed some decent athleticism there.
Klanoa is looking to improve his position.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. De Lima lands a nice short elbow.

It looks like Crash Klanoa has been cut.
De Lima not doing much here.
De Lima looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.

Klanoa is trying to get back to full guard.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as De Lima accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
De Lima stands up over Klanoa, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
De Lima postures up in Klanoa's guard and throws a big left but Klanoa blocks it.

That has opened up Crash Klanoa's cut even more.

Klanoa wants to sweep but no luck.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Klanoa is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and De Lima defends well.
De Lima arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Klanoa's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
