Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gerwazy Babula (ranked 2262 p4p, 887 weight class) and Lutalo Masamba (ranked 297 p4p, 124 weight class). Babula comes to the cage accompanied by Hey Buddy. Gerwazy Babula is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Gerwazy Babula!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Lutalo Masamba!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Alec Ball and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Masamba lands with a nice body punch.
We've been told by Babula's head coaches at MMA Training and Sparring Buddies that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Babula swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Masamba missing with a left hand there. Babula was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Babula was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Babula throws a big shot that misses.
Masamba has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Babula is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Babula works the jab nicely.
Babula misses with a lunging right hand
and Masamba counters with a straight right hand.
It looks like Gerwazy Babula has been cut.
Masamba cracks Babula with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Babula looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Masamba finish him?
Babula is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Masamba lands an uppercut, right on the button! Babula tumbles backwards into the cage, staring vacantly into space! He's got no idea where he is, who he is or what day it is... Poor guy.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Lutalo Masamba!
