Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Aleks Nik (ranked 1115 p4p, 3840 weight class) and Conor OShea (ranked 149 p4p, 447 weight class). Conor OShea struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 172.4lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 21 - 35 - 1, fighting out of London, Conor OShea!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Albert Achterberg and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
OShea misses with a straight left.
OShea moves forwards but Nik connects with a nice, crisp jab.
OShea misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
OShea throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Nik.
OShea takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
OShea looks winded!
Nik moves into the clinch successfully.
Nik lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
OShea tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Nik manages to break the clinch.
Nik jabs at OShea's body.
Nik dips to his left and cracks OShea with an uppercut!
Nik lands a slapping body shot.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
A shot to the liver by Nik. Beautiful body shot.
Nik cracks OShea with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! OShea falls to his knees and Nik doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Aleks Nik!
