The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Guh Noo gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Sup throwing strikes from guard but Guh Noo blocks nicely.

Guh Noo is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Sup postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

Guh Noo working for a triangle but Sup defends it easily.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Guh Noo bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Sup's guard.

Sup wants to stand up but Guh Noo is controlling him.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Guh Noo tries to free his leg and advance position but Sup is retaining full guard.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Sup pulls Guh Noo in close to his closed guard and prevents Guh Noo from doing any damage or advancing position.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Sup lands a lovely overhand right.
Karel Sup seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Guh Noo jabs at Sup's body.
A looping hook to the body misses from Sup. Guh Noo does a little dance to reset his feet.
Guh Noo let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Sup lands with a nice combination. Guh Noo backs away looking to recover.
Sup throws a hook to the side of Guh Noo's head but Guh Noo sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Guh Noo tries to counter by closing the distance.
Guh Noo uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Sup.
Guh Noo misses the shot to the body.

Sup shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Sup showed some decent athleticism there.

Guh Noo slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.

Guh Noo has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Sup can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Sup with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Sup loads up on a big left hand. Guh Noo felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Sup looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Guh Noo can't hide his disappointment, as Sup celebrates the victory.
