The judges for this bout are George Francis, Daniel Franklin and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
parsons throws a sloppy head kick and Jan moves out of range easily.
parsons shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Jan gets the takedown into side control.
parsons might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
parsons takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.

Jan wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by parsons, who protects the arm well.
Jan has hold of parsons's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! parsons tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Jan cranks the arm and parsons screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from parsons, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
