Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Nique Mateusz!
The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Peter Branson and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Styles looks to land a right hand but Mateusz moved out of range.
Mateusz wants to clinch up but Styles keeps it at a distance.
Styles scores with a punch to the head.
A jab from Styles misses.
Mateusz misses with a head kick.
Mateusz slips under a jab.
A nice side step and Mateusz releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Styles scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Mateusz staying out of range there.
Mateusz slips a straight right by Styles.
Mateusz with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Styles throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Mateusz.
Styles is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Mateusz's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.
Mateusz displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Styles throws out the jab.
Styles scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Styles throws out a loose jab but Mateusz uses good head movement to avoid it.
Mateusz is looking for the big counter here.

Mateusz takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Styles throws a right and a left that Mateusz avoids nicely.
Sloppy strikes from Styles. Those never looked like landing.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Mateusz! But no joy.
Mateusz throws a body shot but no joy.
Mateusz is looking to land body kicks.
Styles throws a shot from downtown. Mateusz moves away and avoids it.
Mateusz tries to counter by closing the distance.
Styles fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Mateusz manages to avoid it.
Styles lands a lovely overhand right.
Owen Styles is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Styles tries to clinch up.

Styles throws a left that rocks Mateusz and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Styles dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Mateusz regain composure!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Styles is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Mateusz knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Mateusz is still in real trouble! Can Styles finish him?
Mateusz is trying to escape and get back to his feet.

Styles tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Styles has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Mateusz seems to have recovered his senses.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
Styles is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Mateusz is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Styles is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Mateusz has escaped the position, nice work there.
Styles is looking to take a break and control but Mateusz is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Styles is working to tighten his grip on Mateusz's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Mateusz has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Styles is really squeezing tight and eventually Mateusz passes out! Styles breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
