The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
West ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Workman moves away.
West shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

It looks like Joe West has been cut.
West lands an overhand right.
Workman throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Workman moves out of range of the strikes.
Workman avoids the body shot from West.
Workman swinging wilding here.
West avoids a punch combination nicely.
Workman takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
West falls off balance throwing a combination
and Workman counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Workman uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from West.
Workman connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between West's hands.
Workman throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
West keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Workman throws an overhand right that drops West like a sack of potatoes! Workman dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
