Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hakeem Bodman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Don Cherry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Don Cherry was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bodman uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Cherry.
Cherry throws a big shot that misses.
Cherry closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Bodman to the mat! Bodman manages to get full guard.
Cherry wants to get up but he can't break Bodman's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Bodman looking for a sweep. Not yet Bodman, not yet.
Cherry gets to his feet. Bodman looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Bodman gets the takedown into side control.
Bodman passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Cherry!
Cherry keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Cherry is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Bodman quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Bodman but it's paid off an Cherry is forced to tap! Nice work by Bodman.
