Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Arnfinn Nesset (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rex Texas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nesset comes into the arena with Psycho Killer blaring out of the sound system. Arnfinn Nesset could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Rex Texas's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big right from Nesset misses.
Texas dives in and grabs Nesset's left leg, looking for a takedown. Nesset pushes down on Texas's head and hops out.
Nesset tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Texas was well out of range. Poor timing from Nesset.
Texas throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Nesset's waist but Nesset gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Texas off to one side.
Texas looks for a takedown but Nesset sprawls well.
Arnfinn Nesset has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rex Texas.
Texas shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Nesset as he avoids it easily.
Nesset comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Texas takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Texas looks gassed!
Texas shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Nesset sprawls well. Nesset wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Texas gets slowly back to his feet.
Nesset throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Texas sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Texas tries to score a power double leg takedown but Nesset sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Texas somewhat.

Nesset cracks Texas with a big right hand and Texas goes down!

It looks like Rex Texas has been cut.
Nesset is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Texas looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Nesset has picked Texas up and slammed him! Texas can't keep hold of the triangle and Nesset manages to pass to side control!
Nesset controls the position.

Nesset decides to stand back up.
Nesset takes a swing at Texas's ribcage but misses.
Arnfinn Nesset seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Nesset lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Texas falls backwards - clearly groggy! Nesset dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
