Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nicolas Manzine (ranked 4406 p4p, 4726 weight class) and Ripped Buff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ripped Buff is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

A head kick misses from Buff.
Manzine went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Buff enables Manzine to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Buff manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Manzine remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
