Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Cathal Doherty (ranked 587 p4p, 1060 weight class) and Robert Kelly (ranked 86 p4p, 154 weight class). Doherty comes to the cage accompanied by Jeremy- Pearl Jam. Kelly has chosen Rnb (feat. Bandit Gang Marco) as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Robert Kelly!
The judges for this bout are Ben Watson, Bruno Hogan and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kelly tries to move into range but Doherty moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Kelly slips under a jab from Doherty.
Doherty throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Doherty changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
A looping hook to the body misses from Kelly. Doherty does a little dance to reset his feet.
Kelly lands a nice looking body shot.
Doherty thuds a left hand into Kelly's body.
Doherty misses with a straight right.
Kelly avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Kelly uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Doherty.
Doherty connects with a good right hand that stumbles Kelly. Kelly circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Doherty takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Doherty blocks a jab.
Doherty was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Kelly throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kelly looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Doherty definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Kelly drops his hands momentarily and Doherty takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Doherty looks to throw the jab but Kelly is out of range.
Doherty looks to score with a jab to the body but Kelly is just out of range.
Doherty scores with a jab to the head.
Kelly shoots in and drives through. Doherty sprawls well.
A telegraphed right hand from Doherty misses the target.
Doherty jabs Kelly right on the nose. Kelly blinks but takes it well.
Kelly is rocked!
Cathal Doherty is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
A shot to the body from Kelly misses
and Doherty counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!

Cathal Doherty was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
