Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Harmony Hill!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Edwin Valero!
The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Daniel Franklin and Peter Branson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from Hill.
Valero leaves Hill with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Hill instigates a clinch.
Hill is trying to pull guard but Valero has him pressed against the cage.
Hill tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Valero just stands there and leans against the cage.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Harmony Hill. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Valero drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Hill gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Valero has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Hill avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Hill has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Hill tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Valero smiles and moves away.
Hill tries to clinch up.
Hill darts in looking for a takedown but Valero gets double underhooks and turns Hill into the cage.
Valero has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. Hill seems to have the measure of him in the clinch so far, so let's see if Valero can turn it around.
Hill is trying to pull guard but Valero has him pressed against the cage.
Hill is trying to push Valero away but Valero has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Hill wants to get back to striking at distance but Valero won't allow it.
Hill jumps guard but Valero stands there with Hill around his waist. Hill gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Hill is trying to pull guard but Valero turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Hill stalling.
Valero keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Hill's efforts to push away.

Hill pulls guard effortlessly.
Valero passes into half guard.

Valero is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Valero works his way into side control.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Hill gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
Hill prevents Valero from taking his back.

Valero swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!
