Kaepernick fails with the takedown.
Kaepernick shoots in but no luck this time.
Eclaro is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Kaepernick looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Kaepernick lands with a straight right. Eclaro didn't see that one coming.

Kaepernick shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Eclaro is trying to defend but Kaepernick finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Kaepernick thows an elbow strike that misses. Eclaro gets hold of full guard and has managed to get a loose guillotine attempt. Kaepernick doesn't seem too bothered but Eclaro quickly shifts his position and has tightened the hold! Kaepernick is in big trouble now - he's going a funny colour - he's tapping out! Nice finish there! Kaepernick really should have spotted the danger earlier though... either incompetence or over-confidence has resulted in a big L on his record.
