It looks like Chila Ranchero has been cut.
Ranchero dives in for a single leg takedown but Tyson sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Ranchero's coach down at Cozad The Island was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Ranchero's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Bite Tyson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chila Ranchero.

and Tyson scores with a counter punch that sends Ranchero to the canvas! Tyson smells blood - he's punishing Ranchero with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Ranchero has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
