Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Michael Collins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Savas Kaya (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Michael Collins!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Savas Kaya!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, James Atkins and James Ackerman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Collins misses with a few strikes there.
Collins fails with an attempt to clinch.
Collins throws a shot from downtown. Kaya moves away and avoids it.
Collins closes this distance looking for a takedown but Kaya circles away.
Collins is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Kaya moves out of range as Collins strikes.
Collins tries to land a leg kick but Kaya saw it coming and moves away.
A right-left combo lands from Collins.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Collins tries for a takedown but Kaya sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Collins wants to clinch.
Kaya takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Collins misses with an uppercut.
Kaya takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Collins shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Kaya but Kaya pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Collins seems to be working for a kimura but Kaya defends the submission attempt.
Collins is breathing heavily.

Collins is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Kaya reverses the position - he's now on top in Collins's guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Kaya tries to clinch but Collins is having none of it.

and Collins counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Collins throws a sloppy head kick and Kaya moves out of range easily.
Savas Kaya is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Collins tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Collins has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

That was a close second round but I would say that Michael Collins will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Collins accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Collins fails to pull guard.
Collins has had enough of the clinch but Kaya keeps him there for the moment.
Collins is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Kaya pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Kaya tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Kaya misses with a knee strike.

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Michael Collins.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Collins, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
