Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Little Bandit (ranked 3539 p4p, 5613 weight class) and Frendy Saputra (ranked 196 p4p, 243 weight class). Saputra has chosen Truckin' as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Little Bandit!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Frendy Saputra!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Tarja Halkonen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bandit moves forwards but Saputra connects with a nice, crisp jab.

It looks like Little Bandit has been cut.

Bandit has managed to clinch.

Saputra breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Bandit rushes Saputra and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Bandit wants to stall.
Bandit manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Saputra has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Saputra jumps guard but Bandit turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Saputra tries to score a body lock takedown but Bandit shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
A left hand lands to the body for Bandit.
Saputra can't get the takedown.
Little Bandit has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Frendy Saputra.

Saputra wants the takedown. Bandit is fighting it off but Saputra persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Bandit's guard against the cage.
Saputra passes Bandit's left leg - he's now in half guard.

Saputra seems to be looking for submissions.

Saputra uses his free foot to push down on Bandit's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Bandit.

Bandit tries to hold on but Saputra pushes him away.

Bandit is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at DF Fitnesscentrum, so we'll see if he gets out of it.
Bandit manages to regain half guard. Good work.
Saputra looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Bandit with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Saputra is pressing down on Bandit's thigh, looking to free his foot. Bandit is holding on for now.
Bandit manages to get to full guard.
Bandit controls Saputra momentarily but Saputra frees himself.

Bandit has his foot on Saputra's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Saputra works his way back into a safe position though.

Bandit tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Saputra paws at him with a jab and circles away.
