Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Twiglet Fingers!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Murilo Silva!
The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Luis Engracia and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fingers tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Silva paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Silva fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Fingers sprawls well initially but Silva persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Fingers tries to kick Silva off but Silva keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Silva seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Fingers does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Silva prevents Fingers from standing back up.
Fingers trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
Silva working over Fingers with some ground and pound. Fingers looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fingers wants to get back to his feet.
Silva slows the pace down in half guard.
Fingers is trying to stand up here but Silva is controlling him well.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Fingers tries to close the distance and clinch up but Silva swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Fingers wants to clinch.
Fingers throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Fingers tries for a takedown but Silva circles away easily
and Silva counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Fingers's guard now.
Fingers is breathing heavily.
Silva advances position into side control!
Silva working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Fingers knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Silva on the ground.
Silva is working to tighten is grip on Fingers's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Fingers has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Silva is really squeezing tight and eventually Fingers passes out! Silva breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
