Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vernon Creed (ranked 18 p4p, 40 weight class) and Joey Simone (ranked 4 p4p, 7 weight class). Simone has chosen Gucci Mane - Trap God Intro as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

With a record of 24 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Joey Simone!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Simone tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Creed's elbow.
I was talking to Creed's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Creed lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Simone has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Simone and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Vernon Creed decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
