Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Minatay Mibangon (ranked 24587 p4p, 24610 weight class) and Walay Buut (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Minatay Mibangon has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Minatay Mibangon seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.

Mibangon closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Buut's guard.
Buut has his hands on Mibangon's head, controlling the position.
Mibangon controlling from the top position.
Mibangon is fighting to break Buut's control of his arms but Buut is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Buut tries to score a power double leg takedown but Mibangon sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Buut somewhat.

A close round but Walay Buut will probably get the nod.
That's time! Mibangon's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Mibangon shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Buut pinned against the cage. Buut gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Mibangon misses with a takedown attempt - Buut sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Mibangon is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Buut's half guard.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Mibangon in particular looking to stall.

Buut has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Mibangon is working away from the top position though.

Mibangon changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Buut tries to avoid it but Mibangon manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Buut to the ground. Buut escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Buut follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.
Mibangon shoots in for a takedown but Buut shows good takedown defense.

Buut closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Mibangon did well to prevent Buut getting side control.
Buut seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Well Buut has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
