Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anthony Wayne (ranked 405 p4p, 920 weight class) and Anzor Dankovich (ranked 53 p4p, 110 weight class). Wayne comes into the arena with Edge Of A Revolution- Nickelback blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

With a record of 22 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Anzor Dankovich!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Topper Green and John Mangel.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wayne throws a solid leg kick but Dankovich takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Wayne.
We've been informed that Dankovich has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Dankovich just misses with a punch to the body.
Wayne appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Wayne swings away with a body shot that misses
letting Dankovich counter with a right hand.

A decent looking cross lands there for Wayne.
Wayne throws a jab but it's blocked by Dankovich.
Dankovich follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.

A slapping leg kick lands for Dankovich.
Dankovich swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Wayne.

Anthony Wayne's cut is getting worse.
Wayne just misses with a punch to the body.
Dankovich looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Wayne fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Dankovich moves away from the strike by Wayne.
Wayne is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Dankovich ducks under a wild hook from Wayne.
Wayne jabs Dankovich to the body, keeping him at a distance.

Wayne throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Dankovich on the side of the head.

Anzor Dankovich's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Dankovich moves out of range as Wayne throws a body kick.
Dankovich is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
Wayne fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Wayne avoids the head kick by Dankovich.
Wayne looks to score with a jab to the body but Dankovich is just out of range.

Dankovich moves into range and clinches up with Wayne.
A left hand lands to the body for Dankovich.
Dankovich misses with a punch on the inside.
A frustrated look appears on Wayne's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Dankovich fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Dankovich swings wildly with an uppercut but Wayne uses good head movement to avoid it.
Wayne prevents a body shot from Dankovich.
Dankovich misses with a hook to the ribs.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Anthony Wayne dominated that round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Oooh a lovely combination from Wayne sends Dankovich down but not out. Wayne dives into side control looking to finish.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Anzor Dankovich's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

After the fight, Anthony Wayne was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
