The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice body kick there by Sorenson.
Whoopin looks for a takedown but Sorenson sprawls well.
A punch lands to the side of Whoopin 's head but he takes it in his stride.

It looks like Jake Whoopin has been cut.
Whoopin on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Nice sprawl there from Sorenson as Whoopin shoots in.
Horrible takedown by Whoopin or perhaps it was just good defense by Sorenson which made him look bad.
Nate Sorenson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jake Whoopin.
Whoopin seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Sorenson shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Whoopin is backing up but Sorenson catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Whoopin covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Sorenson Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!
