Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 5 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Peyton Moore!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Traicho Traev!
The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Peter Branson and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Traev misses with a takedown
letting Moore counter with a right hand.
Moore lands a nice hook to Traev's body. Traev takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Moore cracks Traev with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Moore lands a jab to Traev's midsection.
Traev swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Moore counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Moore jabs Traev to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Moore definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Moore scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Traev throws an off balance right hand
and Moore counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

It looks like Traicho Traev has been cut.
Traev misses with a shot to the body
and Moore counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Moore throws a shot to the body.
Traev takes one to the side of the head.
Moore misses with a wild body shot.

Traev has closed the distance and engaged Moore in a clinch.
A bit of stalling here from Moore.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Moore manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
The crowd are getting pretty annoyed with Moore for his constant stalling in the clinch and are voicing their displeasure.

Moore's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Traev wants to clinch up but Moore keeps it at a distance.
Traev shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Moore sprawls well. Moore wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Traev gets slowly back to his feet.
Moore is looking to counter punch.
Traev moves out of range of the body kick.
Traev misses with the combination.
Peyton Moore is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Traev tries to clinch there but Moore circles away.
Traev tries to clinch up
and Moore counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Traev doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Moore cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Peyton Moore has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Traicho Traev.
Moore swings for the body but Traev moves out of range.
Traev on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Traev tries to move into range but Moore moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Moore is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.

Traev has closed the distance and engaged Moore in a clinch.

Moore breaks the clinch.
Traev fails with an attempt to clinch.
Traev misses with a takedown attempt
and Moore counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Moore works Traev's body with a nice hook.
Traev is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Moore swings for the body but Traev moves out of range.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Moore lands with a cross.
Traev shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Moore as he avoids it easily.
Traev wants to clinch but Moore slips to the side
and Moore counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
A bone on bone clash there as Traev blocks the leg kick.
Moore clobbers Traev with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Traev is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Traev keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Moore tried to score with a low kick but Traev checks it.
Traev tries to land a body kick
and Traev takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Moore cracks Traev with an open hand slap.
Moore tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Traev is able to avoid easily.

Moore drops Traev with a beautiful combination! Traev stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Moore is looking for the KO!

Traev is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Traev swings away with a body shot that misses
and Moore counters with a huge left! Traev is in big trouble! He's backing up but Moore isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Traev from any more damage. A dominating finish by Moore!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Peyton Moore!
Peyton Moore spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
