Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Rubadub Sanford (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and J Blunts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sanford comes to the cage accompanied by Korn - Blind. Blunts has chosen Bob Marley - Three Little Birds as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanford misses with a double jab.
A head kick misses from Sanford.
Sanford displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Blunts throws out the jab.
Sanford slips under a jab from Blunts.
Blunts lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Nice takedown defense from Blunts. No joy for Sanford on that attempt.
Sanford throws a right and a left that Blunts avoids nicely.

Blunts shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Sanford really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Blunts postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Blunts prevents Sanford from getting back to his feet.

Blunts is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Sanford defends it well.
Blunts is looking to advance position but Sanford won't allow it.

Sanford is controlling Blunts's trapped leg to prevent Blunts from advancing to side control.
Sanford tries to get to full guard but Blunts has control of the leg.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Sanford has hold of Blunts's hands but Blunts slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Blunts uses his free foot to push down on Sanford's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Sanford.
The referee warns Sanford that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Blunts won't let Sanford get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.

Blunts is going olschool here, as he tries to force Sanford to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Sanford shrugs it off.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Blunts breaks from Sanford's wrist control and lands an elbow.

Oooooh, big shot lands for Blunts! Sanford is hurt baaadly! Blunts is firing away with more strikes - Sanford is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
