Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Randy Couture (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Knaan Rusk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Couture comes into the arena with i got to be unstoppable blaring out of the sound system. Knaan Rusk has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Couture scores a takedown into full mount!
Rusk is wriggling around trying to escape.
Rusk is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Rusk is in a horrible position here. Couture smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Rusk is desperately trying to improve his position but Couture has a good base and remains in mount.
Rusk is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Couture has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Rusk's face.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Couture landing punches.
Couture will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Couture prevents Rusk from getting the reversal.
Couture is landing with some decent strikes but Rusk is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Rusk is desperately trying to improve his position but Couture has a good base and remains in mount.
Rusk sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Rusk should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Rusk is looking to improve his position.
Couture knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Rusk on the ground.
Couture is breathing heavily.
Rusk moves into full guard.
Couture trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.

Rusk had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Couture is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Rusk Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Couture's back instead.
You can see the frustration on Couture's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

Rusk looking for the choke but no joy.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Couture is in bad spot here.

Rusk has both hooks in and is working for a choke. Couture is in real trouble here. Rusk gets an arm under the chin and tightens the submission attempt... is this the end? Yes, Couture is tapping out! Rusk wins by rear naked choke!
