Arroyo throws an overhand right that lands on Sadler's shoulder, as Sadler tries to avoid the shot.

Arroyo sends Sadler crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Arroyo is motioning to the referee to let Sadler up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
