PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Thibby Da Forf (ranked 5852 p4p, 3032 weight class) and Eder Freitas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Thibby Da Forf has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Thibby Da Forf seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Da Forf will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Freitas looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Freitas stuffs the takedown attempt from Da Forf. Da Forf gets slowly back to his feet.
Da Forf fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Freitas avoids it really well and circles away.
Eder Freitas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Freitas gets in close and instigates a clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Freitas jumps into guard, dragging Da Forf to the mat.
Freitas pulls Da Forf in to control the position.

Da Forf is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Freitas has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Da Forf is looking to defend but Freitas has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Da Forf! Freitas pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Da Forf taps out and this one is all over!
