Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Billy Cubbedge (ranked 246 p4p, 414 weight class) and Anthony Wayne (ranked 40 p4p, 58 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Wayne's choice of entrance music: Edge Of A Revolution- Nickelback. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Cubbedge walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Cubbedge is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Wayne throws a shot from downtown. Cubbedge moves away and avoids it.
A little feinted left hand from Cubbedge on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Wayne. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.
