Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Collins throws a right and a left that Maseki avoids nicely.
A lazy left from Collins finds it's target.

It looks like Nelson Maseki has been cut.
Collins rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Maseki moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Collins swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Maseki counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Collins thinking.
Collins lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Maseki backs up against the cage.
Maseki misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
A countering left hand to the body from Collins misses.
Collins misses with a series of wild punches.
A chopping leg kick lands by Maseki.
Maseki takes one on the chin but seems OK.
We've been hearing reports that Maseki has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Collins swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Collins throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Maseki on the side of the head.
Collins swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Maseki tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Collins paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Collins stuffs the takedown attempt from Maseki. Maseki gets slowly back to his feet.
Collins stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Collins wants it to stay on the feet.
Jimme Collins is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Collins lands with a straight right. Maseki didn't see that one coming.
Maseki takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Collins stalks Maseki and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Maseki's face. Maseki staggers backwards, shaken.
Maseki fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Nelson Maseki. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Collins cracks Maseki with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Maseki looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Collins finish him?

Jimme Collins seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Collins drops Maseki with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Maseki! Collins dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
