Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Arthur King (ranked 2090 p4p, 3662 weight class) and Leef Ung (ranked 278 p4p, 416 weight class). Arthur King had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Arthur King!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Leef Ung!
The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Anni Minnemäki and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ung scores with a jab to the body.
King swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Ung tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
King throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Ung unleashes a big counter combination but King bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
King lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Ung wants to clinch.
Ung thows a leg kick but King checks it
and King counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Ung takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
King scores with a takedown into Ung's guard.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Ung working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
King is controlling Ung's posture.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as King holds on and takes a little breather.
Ung is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
