Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, David Goldberg!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jacob Riker!
The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Michael Johnstone and Santiago Holmes.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A low kick from Goldberg misses
and Riker counters with a nice body shot.
A looping hook to the body misses from Goldberg. Riker does a little dance to reset his feet.
Riker throws a hook to the side of Goldberg's head but Goldberg sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Riker goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Riker connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Goldberg's hands.
Goldberg displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Riker throws out the jab.

Goldberg has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

We've been informed that Riker has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
Goldberg uses his free foot to push down on Riker's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Riker.

Goldberg lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

The referee warns Riker that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Riker can do anything to dispel that myth.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Goldberg really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Riker.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Riker takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.

Riker is rocked!
Goldberg cracks Riker with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Goldberg immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Riker is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Goldberg!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:37 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). David Goldberg!
David Goldberg spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
