The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling each other endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.

Blade gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Blade kicks Of The Psychic Wars off and gets back to his feet.

Blade gets caught flat footed, as Of The Psychic Wars shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Of The Psychic Wars stands up and waves to Blade to follow him.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Of The Psychic Wars closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Of The Psychic Wars lands in his opponent's guard.

Of The Psychic Wars decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Blade forces Of The Psychic Wars back against the cage and clinches.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Of The Psychic Wars is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Blade can't fight it off and eventually Of The Psychic Wars manages to take the fight to the floor. Blade looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Of The Psychic Wars gets to his feet - Blade follows without any prompting.

Blade gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

The fighters are working up against the cage. Blade manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.

Of The Psychic Wars has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Blade is trying to keep an underhook but Of The Psychic Wars manages to get the takedown into half guard.

Of The Psychic Wars decides to stand and escape the position.

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Black Blade.
