Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Riccardo Ramirez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shane Wilson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Wilson's choice of entrance music: boom. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wilson keeps the fight on the outside.
Riccardo Ramirez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ramirez tries to clinch up but Wilson circles away and keeps his distance.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Wilson.
Wilson shoots in and drives through. Ramirez sprawls well.
Ramirez wants to clinch up but Wilson keeps it at a distance.

Wilson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Ramirez's waist but Ramirez gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Wilson off to one side.
Riccardo Ramirez has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Shane Wilson.
Wilson looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Ramirez is fending him off so far but Wilson persists. Nope, Ramirez circles away and we're back to standing.

Wilson is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Ramirez tries to stand but Wilson is controlling from the bottom.
Ramirez is breathing heavily.
Wilson wants to sweep here but Ramirez controlling him for the moment.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Wilson is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Wilson is pulling down on Ramirez's head to control his posture.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wilson is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Ramirez is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Wilson is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Wilson has escaped and now he's on top!
Ramirez knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Wilson on the ground.

Ramirez doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.

Wilson is looking to take a break and control but Ramirez is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Ramirez is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Wilson is controlling him well.
Wilson advances to full mount.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Wilson is landing with some decent strikes but Ramirez is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Wilson looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Wilson can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Ramirez is looking to escape.

Wilson looking to secure an arm triangle but Ramirez defends it well.

Wilson is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Ramirez is forced to tap! Great finish!
