Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ben Godfrey (ranked 2858 p4p, 2393 weight class) and Dude Sweet (ranked 400 p4p, 0 weight class). Godfrey comes to the cage accompanied by Where the Streets Have No Name - U2. Ben Godfrey had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sweet misses with a straight right.
Godfrey seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.

Sweet clinches up with Godfrey and pushes him back against the cage.
Sweet lands a hook to the side of the head.
Sweet lands a right hand that snaps the head of Godfrey backwards.
Sweet lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
A short uppercut from Sweet.
A nice right hand lands inside from Sweet.
Sweet's coach down at PhoQus Island Training was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Sweet's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Godfrey really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Sweet lands a left hand.

It looks like Ben Godfrey has been cut.
Sweet cracks Godfrey with a nice body shot.

Sweet throws a punch but it's blocked by Godfrey.

Godfrey seems to have got his legs back now.
Godfrey wants to take the fight to the mat but Sweet manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Godfrey's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Sweet creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Sweet lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Godfrey to his knees! Sweet keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dude Sweet!
A very excited looking Dude Sweet made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
Ben Godfrey was interviewed post fight and said 'This loss is unacceptable, I blame everyone but myself for this outcome. The refs, the judges, my coaches, every stinkin' person on this island.'.
