PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Make Makkonen (ranked 260 p4p, 293 weight class) and Kim Jones (ranked 14 p4p, 18 weight class). Makkonen comes into the arena with Epic Sax Guy - time to SMESH! blaring out of the sound system. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Shigeki Sano and Yasuomi Hirokawa.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones throws a good cross that connects.
Makkonen lands a glancing blow to the side of Jones's head.

It looks like Kim Jones has been cut.

Makkonen shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
