Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Bardia Farrokhzad (ranked 893 p4p, 1249 weight class) and Ricky Greene (ranked 69 p4p, 92 weight class). Farrokhzad comes to the cage accompanied by Rastak - Hele Mali (Iranian Fisherman Folk Song). Greene has chosen Stepdad- Eminem as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Ricky Greene has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yukihiro Shimada and Hirohito Nitta.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Farrokhzad looks to land a right hand but Greene moved out of range.
And Greene tries to counter it with a takedown but Farrokhzad pushes his down on his head and steps out.

Greene darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Farrokhzad is controlling Greene's position as best he can from this difficult position.

Greene is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Farrokhzad is looking to improve his position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Greene is trying to work for a kimura but Farrokhzad is defending well.
Farrokhzad tries to get to full guard but Greene has control of the leg.

Greene drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Farrokhzad dives on top into guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Greene escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Farrokhzad gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Farrokhzad lands a couple of decent looking shots.

Greene is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Greene utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Greene working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Farrokhzad doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Farrokhzad manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Farrokhzad is sitting in close to Greene's body. Greene has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Farrokhzad is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Farrokhzad is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Greene.
