The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diego moves out of range of the strikes.
Ruthlessness connects with a nice looking jab.

It looks like Sam Diego has been cut.
Ruthlessness scores with a jab to the jaw.
Diego misses with a jab, cross combination.
Ruthlessness throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Ruthlessness moves out of range as Diego strikes.
Diego on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Diego throws the left hand but Ruthlessness avoids the punch easily.
Ruthlessness ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Diego moves away.

Diego blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Diego is trying to break free.

Diego's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Diego uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Ruthlessness.
Ray Ruthlessness seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ruthlessness scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Ruthlessness misses with a looping right.
Ruthlessness throws a lazy right hand but Diego sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Diego takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Ruthlessness scores with a crisp jab that stopped Diego in his tracks.
Ruthlessness uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Diego.
Diego moves away from the strike by Ruthlessness.
Ruthlessness throws a poor cross that misses
and Diego counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Diego tries to grapple but his opponent circles
