Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Serwacy Smolarek (ranked 4543 p4p, 4609 weight class) and Autobot Three (ranked 505 p4p, 510 weight class). Smolarek comes to the cage accompanied by No Easy Way Out. Autobot Three has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Serwacy Smolarek!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Autobot Three!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Ian Loll and William Peck.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Smolarek misses.
A little jabbing left from Three on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Smolarek tries to bum rush Three with a series of wild strikes but Three uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Smolarek throws a body shot but no joy.
Smolarek throws a jab when Three was well out of range.
Serwacy Smolarek seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Three tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Smolarek manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Smolarek is trying to break the clinch but Three is controlling him.
Smolarek blocking some punches.
Three misses with a punch to the body.
Three misses with a short punch on the inside.
Three has Smolarek pressed against the cage, preventing Smolarek from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Smolarek wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Smolarek jumps guard and drags Three to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Three seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Three stops Smolarek from standing up.

Three wants to control from the top but Smolarek keeps moving.
Three controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Three tries to free his leg and advance position but Smolarek is retaining full guard.

Smolarek pushes Three off and gets back to his feet.
A telegraphed right hand from Smolarek misses the target.
Three takes one to the chin there.

It looks like Autobot Three has been cut.
Three tries to clinch but Smolarek moves out of range.
Three swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Three closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Smolarek wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Three has him pressed against the cage.
Three lands a nice uppercut.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Smolarek is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Three to keep the fight standing.
Three content to slow the pace in the clinch.

Three escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Smolarek keeps the fight on the outside.
Three wants to clinch up but Smolarek keeps it at a distance.
Smolarek takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Smolarek is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Three.
Smolarek throws out a loose jab but Three uses good head movement to avoid it.
Smolarek changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Smolarek waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Three.
Smolarek misses with a hook.
Smolarek is looking light on his feet compared to last time was saw him fight.
Three uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Smolarek.

Three manages to break the clinch.
Three tries to clinch but Smolarek is having none of it.

Smolarek swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Three gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Three uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Smolarek.
Three wants to counter the offense by Smolarek and move into the clinch position.
Smolarek keeps the fight on the outside.
Three throws a lazy right hand but Smolarek sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Smolarek throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Three is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
A slow jab from Smolarek misses its intended target.
Three steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Smolarek.
Smolarek tests Three's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Three looks up at the clock. Bad move! Smolarek lands a right hand from hell, dropping Three. Smolarek pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
