The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morina misses with a takedown attempt - Bhullar sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Morina throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bhullar's waist but Bhullar gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Morina off to one side.

and Bhullar decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Morina's guard.
Martin Bhullar has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Miguel Morina.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Morina is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Bhullar defends well.

Morina escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Bhullar gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Morina has his foot on Bhullar's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Bhullar works his way back into a safe position though.
Bhullar stays in close to Morina's body and controls the position.
Bhullar tries to free his leg and advance position but Morina is retaining full guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Bhullar's corner is telling him to maintain position.

Bhullar is posturing up here but Morina has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Bhullar tries to roll out but it's too tight and Bhullar has to tap! Slick submission there by Morina!
