The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mac throws a series of punches but Rendler moves out of range.
A swing and a miss from Rendler.
Rendler misses with a takedown attempt - Mac sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Mac blocks a jab.
Rendler moves in looking to clinch but Mac pushes him off.
Mac tries to clinch but Rendler moves out of range.
Mac should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Rendler shoots in and bounces Mac off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Rendler sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Mac's guard.

Rendler is working for a kimura but Mac is defending it quite comfortably.

Rendler is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Mac trying to control but Rendler postures up.
Rendler blocks the strikes from Mac.
Mac tries to roll over but Rendler keeps him under control.
Mac is in trouble now - Rendler has advanced to mount!
Mac tries to lock up and control but Rendler gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Mac taking shots to the head.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
A nice elbow there by Rendler.
Mac has given up his back here. Will Rendler look for the submission or keep pounding away?
Rendler lands with a nice looking elbow that stuns Mac.

Rendler has got one arm under Mac's chin. This could be trouble... Mac trying to control the other hand but Rendler gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Mac has tapped out! The fight is over!
