The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fred connects with a single shot there.

Boxaaja ducks under a wild hook from Fred.
We've been informed that Boxaaja has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Boxaaja gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Boxaaja lands a nice shot to the body.

Boxaaja walks into a stiff left hand from Fred.
Boxaaja walks straight into a right hand from Fred - that's dropped him! Fred jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Boxaaja from any more punishment! Boxaaja complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
