Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Brusse Liee (ranked 1455 p4p, 1607 weight class) and Ezekiel Broomsdale (ranked 188 p4p, 215 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Liee might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Disturbed - Indestructible [Official Music Video]. Broomsdale has chosen Masta as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Ezekiel Broomsdale told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ezekiel Broomsdale!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, William Peck and Robert Douchet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Broomsdale decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Broomsdale working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

Broomsdale has control of Liee's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Liee regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Broomsdale shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Liee manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
