The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ciseaux pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
A counter left hand to the body from River misses its target.
Ciseaux throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
River throwing a counter right hand but Ciseaux manages to avoid it.
Ciseaux throws a jab when River was well out of range.
River is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
A looping hook to the body misses from Ciseaux. River does a little dance to reset his feet.

It looked like River wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Ciseaux shoots for a double leg takedown but River sprawls well. He's pushed Ciseaux's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
River lifts his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.

River definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

River feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Ciseauxs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

River uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Ciseaux.

Ciseaux gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! River gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Ciseaux is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
