Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Don Juan (ranked 3605 p4p, 3224 weight class) and Dwalin Broadaxe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dwalin Broadaxe is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A shot to the body from Juan misses

and Broadaxe counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Broadaxe.

Juan on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Juan tries to get out of the position.

Broadaxe drops back looking for a leg! Juan is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Juan manages to kick Broadaxe off! Broadaxe jumps back into Juan's guard.

Juan definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Broadaxe with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Broadaxe accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Juan is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Broadaxe's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Broadaxe is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Juan's shoulder. That is not cool.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Broadaxe's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Broadaxe is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Juan looks calm but he's in trouble here. Broadaxe gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Juan is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Broadaxe lets go of the hold and Juan can pop his arm back in it's socket.
