The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Leandro Rodrigues and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mellencamp throws a series of punches but Boucher avoids them all with ease.
Boucher throws a quick counter head kick but Mellencamp was just out of range.
Mellencamp rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Boucher moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Boucher appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Mellencamp throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Boucher feinted with a counter takedown.
Boucher throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Mellencamp tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Boucher is in Mellencamp's guard.
Boucher gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Mellencamp feints with a jab and clips Boucher right behind the ear with a massive overhand right! Boucher is sent crashing into the canvas and Mellencamp leaps in for the kill! Boucher tries to get to his feet but Mellencamp is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that Boucher is in need of a savior and steps in!
