Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Taylor Dillinger (ranked 3231 p4p, 5338 weight class) and Boris Hornsworth (ranked 374 p4p, 507 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Boris Hornsworth!
The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, David Hoff and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dillinger throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Hornsworth sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Dillinger misses with an uppercut. Hornsworth saw that one coming.
Dillinger definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Hornsworth stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Dillinger throws a looping overhand right but Hornsworth ducks down to avoid it.
Hornsworth throws a left that rocks Dillinger and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Hornsworth dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Dillinger regain composure!
It looks like Taylor Dillinger has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Dillinger tries to escape but Hornsworth is in control.
My spies in Cozad The Island inform me that Hornsworth has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!
Hornsworth has hold of Dillinger's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Dillinger tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Hornsworth cranks the arm and Dillinger screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Dillinger, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Boris Hornsworth!
A less than humble Boris Hornsworth misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
