Both these guys are coming into the fight with injuries so let's see if that has a bearing on the fight. Justin Murphy has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dufort tries to move into range but Murphy moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Murphy closes the distance and pushes Dufort back into the cage.
Murphy lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Dufort drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Dufort is breathing heavily.
Murphy lands a left hand.
Dufort is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Murphy is defending well.
Murphy lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Murphy lands with a right to the head.

Dufort is rocked!
Murphy digs a right hand into Dufort's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Dufort's gas tank.
Oh Dufort is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Murphy lands with a short shot to the head.
Dufort is working for takedown but Murphy is calmly controlling the position for now.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Moins Dufort. That's going to take a lot out of him.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Murphy takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Murphy gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Dufort.

Murphy dips a shoulder and cracks Dufort with a mighty uppercut! Dufort falls back against the cage and Murphy unloads with a barrage of strikes! Dufort is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Murphy screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

After the fight, Justin Murphy was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
